Los Santos: a huge, sunny metropolis full of self-styled gurus, starlets and fading celebrities. It was once the envy of the Western world, but is now forced to scramble to stay afloat in an age of economic uncertainty and cheap cable TV.
In the midst of all this, three very different criminals work to survive and succeed, each in their own way: the ambitious Franklin is on the hunt for money and opportunity; Michael, a former professional criminal, is dealing with a less rosy "retirement" than expected; and Trevor, a violent maniac, only thinks about getting high and the next big score. The three have no choice: they decide to risk everything in a series of daring and dangerous heists that could set them up for life.

Los Santos & Blaine County
The world of Grand Theft Auto V (by far the largest seen so far) is completely accessible from the beginning and unites areas that are very distant from each other, both geographically and culturally. Visitors to the metropolis of Los Santos and rural Blaine County will encounter fading celebrities, drug addicts, partiers, violent gangs, hikers, bikers and all manner of curious inhabitants. You'll be able to travel anywhere, from the tops of the mountains to the streets of Los Santos and even the depths of the ocean.


Introduction
The three playable protagonists, Michael, Franklin and Trevor may also live in different areas of the city, have their own problems, characters, lifestyles, desires and goals, but teamwork is their strong point: each adds their own unique abilities to the success of the coup.


Recreational activities
The game world of Grand Theft Auto V is not only enormous, but offers much more than you've ever seen before. If you want to have some fun, you can play golf, tennis, do yoga or go cycling in the countryside. For an adrenaline rush, however, you can parachute over the city or customize your Cheetah and race with other drivers for money. Or you can make money the old fashioned way by stealing them from liquor stores or running businesses and making them profitable. Even when you wander around aimlessly, you can meet some of the strange characters of Los Santos (drug addicts, drunks, starlets...) and dive into a sea of ​​unexpected events!


Shots
Petty crimes, scams and car thefts don't get you very far in Los Santos. Michael, Franklin, and Trevor must work together to pull off big-money heists: multi-part missions that require careful planning, hiring accomplices, and precise (and often explosive) execution. Money is the real boss in GTA V, and there will be plenty of ways to get and spend it (heists are the way to make more of it).

FOLLOW THE LEADER
The heist leader is responsible for covering all initial expenses and more: he also has complete control over the roles within the team and the percentages received by each crew member. Additionally, the progress of each heist is saved uniquely to the leader, so it's best to choose one you can trust.

It almost goes without saying that teamwork is based on communication. Headsets with microphone are essential to the success of a heist, whether it's telling a lookout where to stand, identifying a vehicle with the "Trackify" app and giving directions to the driver or coordinating two infiltrators as they tamper with security panels.


TO EACH HIS OWN
Crew members will have different tasks at each stage of a heist. These may be similar tasks within the same scenario (for example two lookouts and a bodyguard while a buyer illegally acquires the necessary information) or very different responsibilities, as in the case of two players patrolling in a helicopter while two others they sneak into a structure on the ground. It is important that each player knows their limits and that the heist leader assigns tasks appropriately. If you know you're an exceptional pilot you might want to spend some time in flight school to build up your stats and prove it.


TOOLS OF THE TRADE
A professional does not ask his client to provide him with the tools to do his job. While in some cases you will be given (or have to obtain) specific equipment during the heist, you will mostly have to rely on weapons and vehicles of your own. It's time to take stock of the situation and make sure your garage and arsenal are ready for any eventuality. Silencers for weapons and rocket launchers are essential for some shots, while you'll need four-door armored vehicles to keep track of your comrades. Thanks to GTA Online Heists you can unlock new vehicles and equipment, including a wide choice of outfits to be ready to face any situation.


BONUS ROUNDS
The most greedy will have several ways to significantly increase the earnings of the shots. First, each heist includes an elite challenge that, when completed, awards a large sum of additional money. These challenges can be completed multiple times, but be careful: they are far from easy.
